By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms form a binding legal agreement between you and Chasing Excellence LLC, the company that owns and operates SleepPRO™.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By signing up, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and current, and that you are using SleepPRO™ for business purposes.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, regardless of whether that activity was authorized by you. Do not share your login with anyone else. Each subscription covers one user only.
If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorization, contact us immediately at support@sleeppro.io.
Chasing Excellence LLC reserves the right to refuse access to the platform to anyone, at any time, for any reason.
SleepPRO™ is available as a monthly subscription ($97/month) or an annual subscription ($997/year). All prices are in USD. Currency conversion fees may apply if your payment method is in a different currency.
Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel. By subscribing, you authorize Chasing Excellence LLC to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by emailing support@sleeppro.io. When you cancel, you retain access to the platform until the end of your current billing period.
You are responsible for cancelling before your next billing date if you do not wish to be charged for the following period. Chasing Excellence LLC is not responsible for charges incurred because you did not cancel in time.
Chasing Excellence LLC reserves the right to change subscription pricing at any time. You will be given at least 30 days' notice of any price change before it applies to your account.
All subscription payments are non-refundable. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods, unused months, or annual subscriptions.
If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access to SleepPRO™ until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will apply after that date.
If you believe there has been an error or unauthorized charge on your account, contact us at support@sleeppro.io and we will investigate promptly.
You agree to use SleepPRO™ for lawful purposes only and in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations.

If your conduct negatively affects the platform, its content, or other members' experience, Chasing Excellence LLC reserves the right to remove you without a refund.
All original content within SleepPRO™, including but not limited to courses, training videos, written materials, frameworks, templates, graphics, and the platform design, is the intellectual property of Chasing Excellence LLC and is protected by copyright and other applicable intellectual property laws.
By subscribing, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal-use licence to access and use the content and assets available within SleepPRO™ for the purposes of building and running your own sleep consulting business. This licence is valid only while your subscription is active.
This licence does not give you the right to copy, share, distribute, resell, or sublicense any content or assets from the platform to third parties.
SleepPRO™ includes access to Canva templates and other branded assets designed to help you run your sleep consulting business professionally.

Templates sourced from or created in Canva are also subject to Canva's terms of service. Chasing Excellence LLC holds the necessary licences for all Canva-based assets provided within the platform.
Sharing editable templates outside your own business is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination without a refund.
By accessing SleepPRO™, you agree not to share, copy, or distribute any proprietary information, materials, or content obtained through the platform or directly from Chasing Excellence LLC or its founder.
Confidential information includes but is not limited to: course content, training videos, frameworks, templates, business strategies, written materials, live event recordings, and any non-public information related to Chasing Excellence LLC and its operations.
All content and materials within SleepPRO™ are provided for your personal business use only. You may not share, distribute, or make available any confidential information to third parties without the express written consent of Chasing Excellence LLC.
Unauthorized disclosure may result in account termination and legal action by Chasing Excellence LLC to protect its proprietary interests.
SleepPRO™ includes email marketing tools to help you build and communicate with your audience. Your use of these tools must comply with all applicable laws governing email marketing, including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and CASL where applicable.

You are solely responsible for the content you send and for maintaining valid, documented consent from your recipients. Chasing Excellence LLC is not liable for any legal issues arising from your email marketing activity.
You retain ownership of any content you create, upload, or build inside SleepPRO™, including your website copy, email sequences, course content, and business materials.
You are solely responsible for maintaining backups of your content and data. Chasing Excellence LLC is not responsible for any loss, corruption, or failure to store your content, whether due to technical error, account termination, or any other cause.
By uploading content to the platform, you grant Chasing Excellence LLC a limited licence to host and display that content as necessary to provide the service.
SleepPRO™ is designed to help you build the foundations of your sleep consulting business. It provides tools, education, templates, and support. It does not guarantee any particular business outcome, level of income, or number of clients.
Results depend on factors outside of Chasing Excellence LLC's control, including your effort, consistency, market conditions, pricing decisions, and individual circumstances.
The platform is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. Chasing Excellence LLC does not guarantee that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or always available. We do not guarantee that any particular feature will remain available indefinitely.
Nothing within SleepPRO™ constitutes financial, legal, or accounting advice. You are responsible for consulting qualified professionals before making any financial or legal decisions related to your business.
Testimonials featured on the SleepPRO™ website and marketing materials represent the personal experiences and opinions of individuals who have used the platform or worked with Chasing Excellence LLC. Testimonials may be collected from email, Instagram, WhatsApp, or other direct communications. Individual results vary and are not typical or guaranteed. Testimonials are honest reflections of real experiences and are not fabricated or incentivized.
By using SleepPRO™ and engaging with Chasing Excellence LLC through any channel, including email, Instagram, WhatsApp, or any other medium, you grant Chasing Excellence LLC permission to use your messages, comments, feedback, and results as testimonials in marketing materials, on the website, and across social media. Your first name and general location may be included. If you do not wish your feedback to be used as a testimonial, you must notify us in writing at support@sleeppro.io at the time of sending your message or as soon as possible thereafter.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chasing Excellence LLC, its founder, employees, and affiliates are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use SleepPRO™. This includes but is not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of clients, or any other business losses.
Where liability cannot be fully excluded by law, Chasing Excellence LLC's total liability to you shall not exceed the total amount you paid for your subscription in the three months immediately preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Chasing Excellence LLC, its founder, employees, and affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from SleepPRO™ without the express written permission of Chasing Excellence LLC. Unauthorized use may result in account termination and legal action.
If you believe any content on the SleepPRO™ platform or website infringes on your copyright, submit a DMCA takedown request to support@sleeppro.io with the subject line "DMCA Notice" including:
We will investigate all valid notices and remove infringing content where appropriate.
If you believe content was removed from your account in error, you may submit a counter-notice to support@sleeppro.io with your full name, contact details, identification of the removed content, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the removal was a mistake.
You may cancel your account at any time. Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current billing period, after which your account and access to the platform will be closed.
Chasing Excellence LLC may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:
If your account is terminated for a conduct violation, you will not receive a refund for any remaining subscription period.
Upon termination, your licence to access and use platform content and assets ends immediately.
SleepPRO™ is powered by Systeme.io as its underlying platform infrastructure. Systeme.io provides the hosting, course delivery, email marketing, payment processing, and membership functionality that SleepPRO™ is built on. Your use of the platform is therefore also subject to Systeme.io's terms of service, available at systeme.io/terms-and-conditions.
The platform may also integrate with or reference other third-party services including payment processors, email providers, and design tools. Your use of any third-party service is governed by that service's own terms and privacy policy. Chasing Excellence LLC is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of any third-party service.
The platform and website may contain links to third-party websites. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Chasing Excellence LLC. You access third-party sites at your own risk.
By creating an account and using SleepPRO™, you waive your right to file or participate in any class-action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against Chasing Excellence LLC.
All disputes must be resolved individually. You agree not to combine or consolidate your claims with those of any other person in any proceeding. If this waiver is found to be unenforceable with respect to a particular claim, that claim must be severed and pursued individually in a court of competent jurisdiction, while all other claims remain subject to this waiver.
Chasing Excellence LLC shall not be held liable for any delay or failure to fulfill its obligations resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, internet or infrastructure outages, or third-party platform failures.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Sheridan, Wyoming, for the resolution of any legal disputes arising from or related to these Terms or your use of SleepPRO™.
If any dispute arises, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve it informally by contacting support@sleeppro.io. If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days, either party may pursue formal proceedings.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Chasing Excellence LLC regarding your use of SleepPRO™. They replace any prior verbal or written agreements.
If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
If Chasing Excellence LLC does not enforce any right or provision in these Terms, that does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
You may not assign or transfer your account or any rights under these Terms to another person without the prior written consent of Chasing Excellence LLC. Chasing Excellence LLC may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
These Terms are written in English. In the event of any translation, the English version takes precedence.
Chasing Excellence LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. When changes are made, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. If changes are material, we will notify you by email or through a notice on the platform before the changes take effect.
Your continued use of SleepPRO™ after updated Terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must cancel your account.
