No. You have two options. You can keep your existing tools and use SleepPRO™ alongside them, the platform works with external websites, booking systems, and email tools. Or you can decide you'd rather have everything in one place and migrate across. Either works. Most people who migrate say they wish they'd done it sooner, but there's no pressure to.
Getting stuck is normal and expected. That's exactly why the support exists. You can always email us support@sleeppro.io and get a response within 24 hours from someone who can actually get inside your account and fix it directly. That being said, we’ve worked hard to make sure that every lesson has a step-by-step video showing you exactly what to click, so even if you’re not technical, you can go from zero to fully published in just 5 days by following along.
Great question and I love transparency. Just as with every platform, there are two other costs to run your business. The first one is a custom domain name (usually around $10–$20 per year). The second is a professional email address, which helps you look credible and build trust. For email, I can help you set up with Google Workspace ($4.20/month) or a more budget-friendly option like Namecheap (around $1/month).

From there you follow the Start Here playbook, a 5-day guided setup that walks you through building your website, booking system, payments, contracts, and client process. Every step has a video showing you exactly what to do. By day five your business is set up and ready to take clients.
The five-day foundation is designed for real life. Each day takes around 20 minutes (or an hour if you're a perfectionist, yup.. we see you!). You don't need to do it five days in a row, work at your own pace. Most members have their full setup done within one week. After that, you continue building at your own pace with all the marketing and business playbooks that are inside the platform.
