Who We Are

SleepPRO™ is operated by Chasing Excellence LLC, registered in the state of Wyoming, United States.

Our platform is available at sleeppro.io. We provide an all-in-one business platform designed for certified pediatric sleep consultants.

What Data We Collect

We collect personal data in the following situations:

Waitlist sign-up: Your email address and any information you submit through our opt-in form.
Account creation: Your name, email address, and password when you register for a SleepPRO™ account.
Purchase: Your name, email address, and billing details when you subscribe to SleepPRO™. Payment card data is processed directly by our payment processor and is never stored on our servers.
Platform use: Information you enter while using the SleepPRO™ platform, including business details, content, and settings you configure.
Support contact: Any information you include when you email us or contact us on Instagram.
Analytics: Anonymous usage data collected automatically through Google Analytics and Google Search Console, including pages visited, session duration, device type, and general location.

Third-Party Services

SleepPRO™ uses the following third-party services that may process your personal data:

Systeme.io — our white-label platform infrastructure, used for hosting, course delivery, email marketing, and payment processing. Systeme.io is GDPR-compliant. Their privacy policy is available at systeme.io.
Google Analytics — used to analyze website traffic and usage patterns. Data collected is anonymized and aggregated. You can opt out via the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
Google Search Console — used to monitor our website's performance in Google Search. This service processes anonymized search data only.
Meta (Facebook) Pixel — we use the Meta Pixel for advertising purposes. It collects browsing behavior data to help us deliver relevant ads and measure their effectiveness. You can opt out of interest-based advertising at aboutads.info/choices.

Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on servers managed by Systeme.io, hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure located in Ireland. This means your data is stored within the European Union and is not transferred outside of it by our platform provider.

Chasing Excellence LLC is based in Wyoming, United States. Our use of Systeme.io as infrastructure means the underlying data storage occurs in Ireland under AWS. For any cross-border data handling outside of Systeme.io's infrastructure, appropriate safeguards including Standard Contractual Clauses are applied as required under GDPR.

We take all reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. However, no internet-based system is completely secure. If you have concerns about the security of your account, contact us immediately at support@sleeppro.io.

Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services.

If you cancel your subscription, we retain your account data for up to 90 days before deletion, unless you request earlier deletion.
Billing records may be retained for up to 7 years to comply with financial record-keeping requirements.
If you signed up for the waitlist only and did not become a member, we retain your email address until you unsubscribe.

You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing support@sleeppro.io.

Your Rights — EU Residents (GDPR)

If you are located in the European Union or European Economic Area, you have the following rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):

Right of access: You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
Right to rectification: You can request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
Right to erasure: You can request that we delete your personal data, subject to certain legal exceptions.

Right to delete: You can request that we delete the personal data we have collected from you, subject to certain exceptions.

Right to non-discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising your CCPA rights. You will not receive a different level of service or be charged a different price.

Content You Create Inside the Platform

SleepPRO™ gives you tools to build your business — your website, booking pages, email sequences, courses, and more. Content you create, upload, or publish inside the platform is your responsibility.

If you choose to share content with your own clients or members through the platform, that content may be accessible to those individuals. Take care when including personal or sensitive information in content you share, such as phone numbers or home addresses.

Chasing Excellence LLC is not responsible for how third parties interact with content you choose to make accessible through your use of the platform.

Children's Privacy

SleepPRO™ is intended for use by adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under the age of 18.

If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data, please contact us at support@sleeppro.io and we will delete it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

If we make material changes that affect how we handle your data, we will notify you by email or through a notice on the platform before the changes take effect.

Continued use of SleepPRO™ after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
