1.Sponsor

The Done-for-You Black Friday Campaign Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is run by Rianna Hijlkema, operating Chasing Excellence LLC (the "Sponsor"). By entering, you agree to these Official Rules and to the Sponsor's decisions, which are final.

2.No purchase necessary

No purchase or payment of any kind is needed to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chance of winning.

3.Who can enter

The giveaway is open to individuals who:

• are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where they live, at the time of entry;
• hold a current pediatric sleep consultant certification; and
• do not live in one of the excluded places listed below.

The giveaway is not open to residents of Brazil, Italy, or the Province of Quebec, Canada, or to residents of any country or region subject to comprehensive United States sanctions, including Cuba, Iran, North Korea, and the Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk regions of Ukraine. The giveaway is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

The winner must provide proof of certification before the prize is awarded. Employees and contractors of the Sponsor, and their immediate family members and household members, cannot enter.

4.Entry period

The giveaway opens on Tuesday, October 13, 2026, and closes on Monday, October 19, 2026, at 11:30 PM Eastern Time (the "Entry Period"). Entries received after the Entry Period closes will not count.

5.How to enter

Complete and submit the entry form on this page during the Entry Period. Limit of one (1) form entry per person and per email address. Entries that are incomplete, false, automated, or submitted through multiple email addresses will be disqualified.

Bonus entries: you receive one (1) additional entry for each eligible sleep consultant who enters the giveaway during the Entry Period and writes your name in the "Who shared this giveaway with you?" field of their own entry form. To count:

• the person you refer must be a new, eligible entrant using their own name and email address;
• the name they write must clearly match the name on your entry; and
• you cannot refer yourself or create entries on behalf of other people.

The Sponsor decides whether a referral matches an entrant, and its decision is final. Bonus entries gained through fake, duplicate, or automated entries will be removed, and the entrant may be disqualified.

6.The prize

One (1) winner will receive a done-for-you Black Friday campaign for their sleep consulting business, which includes:

• strategy for one Black Friday promotion;
• one custom landing page;
• two (2) promotional emails;
• technical setup to connect the landing page and checkout; and
• a detailed launch plan.

Approximate retail value (ARV): US$497. The campaign is built and hosted on the SleepPRO™ platform, and the winner receives access to it at no cost. The prize does not include SleepPRO™ features or upgrades beyond those used for the campaign, or any guarantee of sales, bookings, or revenue.

To receive the prize in time for Black Friday on November 27, 2026, the winner must supply the information and access the Sponsor requests by Saturday, October 31, 2026. If the winner does not, the Sponsor will deliver the prize on a timeline it decides, and the prize will have no cash value.

7.Winner selection and notification

The winner will be chosen in a random draw from all eligible entries, including bonus entries, and announced on Tuesday, October 20, 2026. The winner will be notified by email at the address used to enter and must reply within 72 hours. If the winner does not reply in time, cannot prove certification, or is found ineligible, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner drawn.

If the selected winner lives in Canada, they must correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question, without help of any kind, before being confirmed as the winner.

8.Odds of winning

The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received, including bonus entries.

9.Prize conditions

The prize cannot be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash.

10.Your information

The information you submit will be used to run the giveaway and contact the winner. By entering, you agree to receive emails from the Sponsor about sleep consulting business resources, offers, and updates. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email. See the Sponsor's privacy policy for more details.

11.Publicity and results

Unless the law prohibits it, the winner agrees that the Sponsor may use the winner's name, business name, and the finished campaign in promotional materials without further payment. The winner may ask to share only their first name.

The winner also agrees to share the results of their Black Friday campaign with the Sponsor, such as sales, bookings, new clients, and feedback on the experience. The Sponsor may share these results publicly, including on its website, social media, emails, and case studies.

12.Limits of liability

The Sponsor is not responsible for entries that are lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected, or for technical failures of any kind. The Sponsor may cancel, change, or suspend the giveaway if fraud, technical problems, or other causes outside its control affect its fairness. By entering, you release the Sponsor from any claims arising from your participation or from the use of the prize, to the extent the law allows.

13.Social media

This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or run by, or associated with, Instagram, Facebook, Meta, or any other social media platform.

14.Governing law

These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Any dispute about the giveaway will be handled in the courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming.
