I remember sitting in my baby's nursery at 2am, rocking my little one for what felt like the hundredth time, just begging for a few hours of sleep.
Hi, I'm Sophia Anderson, a certified pediatric sleep consultant, based in the heart of Austin. With 15 years of experience as a nursery teacher and a proud mom of two lovely girls, I intimately understand the rollercoaster of parenthood.
Two years ago I was totally burned out, exhausted, and felt like I wasn't doing a good job as a parent. I just wanted my baby to sleep through the night, but nothing worked.
After trying so many things, I finally found a gentle, personalised sleep approach that worked for my family, and it completely change our family's life. That was the moment I knew I wanted to help other parents find the same thing.

Frequent night wakings, short naps, difficulty settling, this is the stage most parents reach out for help. I'll create a personalised sleep plan that works for your baby's temperament and your family's lifestyle. So you can stop dreading bedtime and start looking forward to evenings again.
1.5-5 years
Bedtime battles, stalling, early mornings, dropping naps, toddler sleep comes with its own set of (surprisingly (un)predictable) challenges. I'll help you navigate this stage with calm, consistent strategies that actually stick. So bedtime becomes peaceful, for both of you.
